Can I choose the voucher amount?
Yes. Choose any amount. If the service costs more than the voucher value, the recipient can pay the difference.
Can a voucher be used for tattooing and piercing?
Choose either a tattoo voucher or a piercing voucher when purchasing. Each voucher is for the selected service only.
How long is my voucher valid?
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from your purchase date.
What happens if the service costs less than the voucher?
Any remaining balance can be used towards the same service at a later visit, within the original 12-month validity period.
How will I receive the voucher?
Vouchers are supplied on paper in a wax-sealed envelope. Collect from the studio, or receive free UK postal delivery when the voucher value is £100 or more.
